I have a lot of time for most of NUS' campaigns. Their general election campaign was always going to be pro-Labour, anti-Conservative, and neutral at best regarding the Lib Dems (spoiler: it is anti-Lib Dem too). However, making up a fictional Lib Dem MP on an official infographic just makes them look silly and partisan

My summary of week 3 of the MOOC i am studying on engaging citizens. Short version: Services need to engage with citizens to get better. Citizens need information and opportunities to engage. But service providers also need to respond to feedback or citizens will get cynical/violent!
